As an Associate, you will be an essential part of our mission to inspire creativity and provide a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Uphold and model all policies within the Policy and Procedure Manual.

- Strive to reach and/or exceed sales goals.

- Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.

- Maintain company safety standards/housekeeping and be proactive in safeguarding all studio assets.

- Perform other duties that may be needed.

- Strive to achieve perfect audit scores.

- Assist in all customer service aspects and ensure the best experience for customers.

- Must be able to attend staff, sales, and training meetings as scheduled.

Physical Requirements:

- Extended time on feet; 4-8 hours and walking distances up to 200 feet.

- Frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).

- Ability to go up and down ladders.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- Strong telephone skills.

- Organizational skills.

- Ability to learn the product and work under pressure.

- Basic computer skills.
