Asana’s Developer Platform gives external developers the power and flexibility to extend Asana's native functionality through an ecosystem of apps and integrations. The Platform Adoption team is a brand new team at Asana responsible for building the features, tools, and programs that make this ecosystem come to life. We provide our developers with everything they need to be successful and facilitate the easy adoption and utilization of apps they create, ensuring that Asana can support every customer use case out there – no matter how big or small the team, and no matter which tools or workflows they use.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical strategy and execution for Platform Adoption. Working closely with API and Integrations teams and leveraging your full-stack expertise, you will shape the product experiences, backend architecture, and data models that power our app ecosystem. You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and developer advocates and contribute to their growth via mentorship. You will collaborate with peers across R&D to ensure a solid technical foundation for the team’s roadmap now and in the future. If you care deeply about building thriving two-sided platforms and high-performing engineering teams, then we’d love to hear from you!

Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
