Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Dietary Manager, long term care experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility
- Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
- Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
