Here’s what you’ll do:
Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care
Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record
Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician
Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely
Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies
Here’s what we require:
RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
Active CPR certification
Shifts available:
12-hour shifts, days and/or nights
PRN
Like what you hear, and love the flexibility of working PRN? Here’s how we work it:
PRN associates work a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per (calendar) month.
Eight (8) hours must be weekend hours falling between 10:30 pm on Friday and 11:00 pm on Sunday.
PRN associates work a minimum of one vacation per summer season (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day) and one vacation per winter season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
PRN associates make themselves available for the required minimum hours per month or more and vacation obligation by viewing and signing up for open shifts in Kronos - take control of your schedule!
