Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on creating and nurturing valuable relationships with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding client needs and a passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Ascend Staffing's services.
· Set and track sales targets for your team.
· Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
· Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
· Build an open-communication environment for your team.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in management with inside sales team.
· Excellent communication and closing skills.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
