We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our client's rapidly growing team in Illinois. You will be responsible for building relationships with the clients of the Personal Lines group and servicing them.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts and information.
- Provide advice and counsel on personal lines matters to an assigned personal lines book of business. Meet daily servicing needs of our clients. Coordinate and oversee services provided by company service centers.
- Deliver high level of customer services to clients and answer questions about their accounts, insurance coverage and needs.
- Quote and place new business from referrals, walk-ins and call-ins, as needed.
- Maintain current contact and policy information for prospects and clients.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Property Casualty lines of coverage and services.
- License in Property and Casualty is preferred
