We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join an Insurance Agency in Boca Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the client experience, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with various departments to address client needs and drive client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their service experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and create development plans for team members.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote professional growth.
- Implement and monitor client service processes and standards to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service.
- Analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall client experience and increase client retention.
- Create and implement best practices for client communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
