Responsibilities
Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate
recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate
experience.
- Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
- Supports administrative processes for position management requests.
- Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
- Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
