What You Will Do
Manage, plan, implement, and measure national clinical professional development programs, policies, and procedures to support clinical delivery, performance, and program standardization.
- Maintain the general program oversight, configuration and analytics reporting of programs including clinical delivery, clinical performance, clinical competency, and clinical programs.
- Lead projects involving the research, design, implementation and support of clinical education programs.
- Manage the relationship with system vendors, strategic partners, and university partners to prioritize, communicate, lead and support programs.
- Measure performance trends and develop new programs or implement changes to existing programs.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required, 5 years preferred.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Project or Program Management in a clinical setting preferred.
