Title: Physician Practice Development Manager

Shift: Full-time

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Department: Fetal and Maternal Care

Location: Dell Children's Pavilion

Manage and coordinate all administrative, managerial and clerical functions required for the daily operations of the assigned practice sites including the Fetal Care Center and Maternal Care Center.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate/Master’s degree
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience
  • Experience working in Maternal Fetal Medicine

What You Will Do

Manage the daily operations of the physician practice development function.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to plan, organize and set up clinics and physician practices.
  • Collaborate with building/construction managers, architects, and contractors to review and monitor building plans and building progress.
  • Work with outside vendors to negotiate contracts and schedule all installations. Work with moving companies and specialized equipment companies to arrange moves of fixtures and equipment to new practice locations.
  • Design and generate new practice printed materials in collaboration with marketing staff.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
