Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent delivery of the end-to-end service recovery process among partner entities grounded in the organization's consumer experience standards.
- Lead the facilitation of day-to-day service recovery for specific concerns tied to vendor performance.
- Utilize service recovery insights to strategize and develop enhancements further driving service recovery results.
- Provide service recovery insights across teams, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary information to collaboratively address underperformance among partnering entities.
- Oversee the delivery, implementation and sustainment of national strategies created as part of the consumer experience service recovery strategic plan.
- Partner with the market consumer experience leads and leaders among the partnering entities to understand opportunities and challenges.
- Engage stakeholders to remove barriers and create solutions and support that drive consumer-centric service recovery outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
