We are seeking an ambitious administrator to provide excellent client service and process optimization across a large book of clients.
- Provide pension administration and guidance to plan participants and clients
- Prepare benefit calculations, data updates, and assist with valuations
- Interpret pension plan documents along with general retirement plan regulations
- Assist with special projects such as plan terminations, lump sum windows, and plan freezes, especially with regard to software-related components
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, programming and non-pension business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proadmin coding experience preferred
- Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with defined benefit software preferred
- Experience with defined benefit administration preferred
