Detailed Job Description
- Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network connectivity.
- Implement and manage storage solutions, including SAN/NAS technologies, to optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and minimize downtime.
- Administer VMware and Citrix virtualization platforms to support business applications and services.
- Support Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to the infrastructure.
