What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at ASCO Equipment?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To direct day-to-day walk-in customer sales opportunities by asking intelligent questions and properly qualifying customer needs. Furthermore, delivering that data comprehensively to the proper territory salesman for follow through.
To knowledgeably drive the idea of doing business with ASCO by initiating phone conversations with both existing customers as well as customers that have yet to do business with ASCO.
To support the territory salesmen by providing leads, equipment data, and all else needed to expedite the sales processes and allow for more time in front of customers.
To maintain sales equipment arrangement, appearance, and functionality to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
To maintain weekly inventory of all sales equipment, attachments and all other necessary wholegoods items to maximize branch efficiency and profitability
To constantly invest time in gaining a better understanding of your store’s equipment offering, equipment operation, and equipment capabilities.
