ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for a Service Writer & Field Dispatcher in Terrell, Texas. Experience with heavy equipment is preferred, however automotive industry experience may translate.
Service Writers directly engage with customers, service technicians, and other departments to coordinate/schedule preventative and other maintenance needs. They are responsible for facilitating service needs with customers and technicians.
