ASE is looking for a Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results driven professional, with 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales. The ideal candidate will identify new business and develop relationships to sell and acquire new members while also expanding business with current members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting and highlighting membership value and other ASE products or services to prospects using virtual platforms, email, or live visits for contact and negotiation.
- Focus on expanding the awareness of ASE and its services, growing the membership base, increasing public training class attendance, and cross-selling the associations for-fee service offerings across West Michigan.
- Actively identifying prospects for ASE membership through a variety of avenues from meetings to social media and more.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or sales role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant discipline, preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated and results oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
