What You'll Do:
As the Acquisition Management Analyst (Journeyman Level) you will perform critical acquisition management functions supporting the government customer in PMA-262. This position is eligible for telework. Candidate must be flexible to be in the office when needed.
- Using Program Management Tool (PMT) to draft Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), holding PPCs and DRRBs entered into PMT, updating the PID log and EPID folders.
- Establishing and updating milestone to track contract award dates.
- Creating reports from the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
- Supporting the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Acquisition Plans (AP), Statements of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
- Assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
- Coordinating, attending, and supporting meetings, conferences, and review boards.
- Analyzing, providing input, preparing, and reporting on briefs, point papers, reports, and general correspondence.
- Providing PPC support along with general acquisition support.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-10 years of experience.
- Associate’s degree and 5-12 years of experience.
- If no degree is held, qualified candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Strong background and experience working with Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
- Requires demonstrated knowledge of Acquisition Management System (AMS).

Security Clearance Requirements:
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Salary Range:
- The estimated salary range for this position will be $100,000 - $115,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
