Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of Home Alarm System equipment as well as performing equipment repairs and maintenance. This role requires the basic knowledge of technology, and the ability to drive to various job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying the root cause of problems
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts
- Test equipment functionality after repairs or maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used
- Drive a car to travel to customer locations for service and installation appointments
Skills:
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Conclusion:
Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm and additional $200 weekly if able to work on Saturdays from 12:00pm to 8:30pm. This job includes a company car, gas card, and a great opportunity to get low voltage experience necessary in order to join low voltage unions.
