JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick full case overstock freight orders using a hand-held RF scanner.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately based on product description and correct quantities prior to packing.
- Remove picked order totes from conveyor for packing.
- Select right size shipping package and materials to pack out orders.
- Build, shrink wrap, and load freight pallets onto designated carrier trailers.
- Use dimensioning machine to capture accurate dimensions and weight when shipping small parcel packages.
- Print and attach packing slips and shipping label using shipping software.
- Attach pre-printed packing slips to full case orders.
- Hand stack shipped cartons in the designated small parcel carrier trailer.
- Clean-up work areas at end of shift.
- Meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
