Responsibilities:

• Generates revenues communicate clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintains customer service records in the computer system
• Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
• Oversees employee training and development
• Ensures a safe working environment
• Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired

• Automotive Sales Management experience required
