Family Med Physician Responsibilities:
Work within Rural Health Clinic to see patients for family practice needs
Share on call shifts with other providers averaging one weeknight per week, one weekend per month
Will see patients in hospital inpatient/outpatient, ER and Senior Living unit
Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery and outcomes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in medical services
Stay current with advancements in medical research, technology, and treatment modalities
Skills:
Strong knowledge of primary care practices within a hospital, clinic and emergency room
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze complex medical data and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
