Job Description
This I.T. Support technician is responsible for assisting with installing and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, networks, etc.. In addition to maintaining the company's computer services and equipment.
The IT Tech Support duties can include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems
- Installing or updating required hardware and software
- Recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity.
- Additionally trouble shooting and setting up PC's, networks, routers, etc.
- Migrate current store locations over to our corporate network (This includes changing the network configurations of all devices as well as possibly installing additional equipment like servers, VOIP phones, network switches, etc.)
- Additional duties as required by Manager/Supervisor.
- As necessary, support employee training on systems and software use

- Must have a basic understanding of computers, printers, network switches, routers, servers, wifi access points, network cabling, etc.
- Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Server experience is a plus
- Able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor Degree in IT or a related field preferred
A minimum of one year of help desk and IT support in a fast-paced setting
Prior customer service experience a plus
Travel
This full time position will be based out of our facility in Philadelphia but will require travel to our stores throughout the local regional area.
