Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the #1 Mattress and Furniture retailer in North America, has an immediate opening for a Retail Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing inbound phone calls and walk in guests requests and inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering all store inbound calls.
- Answer the call and take full ownership of the guest inquiries.
- Ensuring emails and phone calls from business partners and guests are resolved and responded to same day
- Quickly and efficiently navigate between multiple systems to research customer inquiries
- Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them to meet critical deadlines
- Adhering to the work schedule provided, while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance
- Positively and respectfully communicating with guests and internal departments
- Assisting in a store location during sales holidays, as designated by the District Operations Manager / GRT Manager.
- Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise
