Leave Coordinator
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for administering, monitoring and overseeing the entire leave process for one or more locations and/or companies within Ashley.Remaining in compliance is key, so you will need to ensure that the leave process stays within the parameters of company policies, procedures and benefits, as well as Federal and State laws.You will process leave requests, enter data on a spreadsheet, create letters, and notify all appropriate parties of the leave.
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal or Medical, or related field
- 1 year administrative experience in Human Resources
- Experience administering FMLA and/or Workers Compensation
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, specifically Worker’s Compensation and Americans with Disabilities Act.
- A positive can-do attitude!
