Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable function within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and Process invoices and payment transactions
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Handle processing of credit card charges and expense reports

- Track/write Purchase Orders for procurement of materials and supplies
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Tracking purchases that are subject to Sale and Use Tax.

- Help out with other general office and administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in accounts payable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate relevant reports
- Experience with accounting software necessary
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting helpful
- Highly Proficiency in 10 key typing and Microsoft Excel

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree helpful

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
