Aspen Home Care & Hospice is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RN like you, to join our experienced team as a Hospice and Home Health Care RN Case Manager to help with weekend visits and on-call.

The position requires the ability to problem solve, be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Previous home health and/or hospice management experience is required.
