What it's like working at the facility as Maintenance Technician?

· Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)

· Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments

· Assisting with in-house resident moves

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • A passion for excellence
  • A great moral compass
  • High school graduate preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of dining experience

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
