The Receptionist is responsible for greeting all guests for the Marlborough facility in accordance with established security and safety protocols. The Receptionist is also responsible for some clerical work and site assistance like sorting and distributing mail and packages, ordering and administering refreshments for meetings, and maintaining and ordering office supplies for the site. This position is also responsible for answering calls coming into the Company’s main telephone line and directing call to the appropriate personnel.
This is a contract position and will be part-time from 9:00AM – 1:00PM, Monday through Friday in the office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones and routing calls.
- Order office supplies an maintain appropriate inventory levels for location
- Sorts, distributes and obtains mail for location personnel and coordinates mail between all other Aspen locations.
- Handles inquiries for office and Corporate personnel including coordinating refreshments
- Assists with coordinating company events including employee functions, training sessions.
- Primary contact with Company vendors to include caterers, vending/coffee and cleaning and janitorial supplies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 plus years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Professional presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence without formal authority by building positive working relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
