JOB SUMMARY
As a Market Research Analyst, you will perform research, conduct surveys, and work with our practice leaders to apply results. You will design surveys around topics such as industry dynamics, market research, customer satisfaction, workplace issues, etc. You will serve as a trusted business advisor to internal and external stakeholders, while working on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with clients to gain understanding of their business issues, needs, and limitations while coaching them on the different survey methods.
- Establish the most effective survey methods including market research surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires, etc.
- Design questions and components based on information provided by the client. Performing survey validation using proprietary Assessment tool Digital Discovery®
- Effectively programming survey instruments that will provide an appealing experience for the respondents. Schedule survey invitations, monitor development, work with internal and external stakeholders to represent all areas and products.
- Perform highly analytical, data-driven analysis essential to the needs of the client. Prepare reports and deliver findings to stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or commensurate work experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading projects from requirements gathering, method design, data collection and analysis to sharing insights.
- In-depth experience in research methods and best methods for conducting surveys.
- Experience using and extracting data from business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Expert with Excel formulas, functions, tools, dashboards, and reports
- Ability to create simple solutions in complex and unclear situations
- Facilitate discussions with subject matter experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to engage with clients at a senior leadership level as well as a line management level
- Proven ability to work with a high level of ambiguity while leading others toward a clear vision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Educated in qualitative or user research.
- Experience within a consulting or project-based environment.
- Experience with statistics and interpretive tools.
