Production Operator 3 (1st Shift)

Position Purpose

The Production Operator 3 is able to assist in any position on the production line in regard to mixing and delivery of product from the freezer and/or oven. The Operator in this position is responsible for making sure food is prepared in accordance with established specifications.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintains appropriate documents and forms
• Ensures compliance with production proceedures
• Assembles, sets up, and stops equipment for changeovers and line-specific needs
• Adheres to production running order and recipes.
• Assists in standardizing procedures and practices to improve line efficiency and/or product quality
• Ability to work in a hot, cold, wet, and loud environment
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• All other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Perferred
• Can regularly stand, walk and lift up to 50lbs
• Some manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing a plus
• All candidates must be at least 18 years of age
