We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School-Based Clinical Manager to oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide clinical support within schools across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based behavioral strategies to improve student outcomes and work collaboratively with school staff to foster a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to understand the underlying causes of challenging behaviors in students.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and parents to ensure effective and consistent implementation of BIPs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavior management techniques and ABA principles.
- Monitor and report on student progress, preparing detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings to contribute expertise on behavior goals, progress, and interventions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, including compliance with IDEA and FERPA.
- Stay updated on the latest research and regulations in behavior analysis and special education.- Provide regular clinical oversight to school-based behavior consultants.
- Conduct regular check-ins with school clients to ensure the quality of services.
- Perform quality audits of services to ensure progress for all school-based clients.

Qualifications & Experience
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (PA).
- Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team in an educational or clinical setting.
- At least 2 years of experience supervising or managing employees.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies, including ABA principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students, families, and school staff.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing special education and behavior analysis services in schools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing BIPs.
- Knowledge of assistive technology and augmentative communication systems.
- Proficiency in using data collection software and behavior tracking systems.
- Training or certification in crisis intervention and behavior management techniques.

- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
