Job Description
- Possess excellent knowledge in Salesforce Sales and Service clouds with experience to understand and implement client requirement with PD1 and PD2 certifications
- Excellent hands-on experience Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Scheduler, Batch Apex, Apex Class & Apex Web Service and Visual force (Page, Component & Controllers), Lightning Components, LWC, Lightning Builder
- Having experience in Asset 3060 and ServiceMax is a plus
- Overall responsibility for the project's success
- liaise with customer business team and come up with work plan for offshore team
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, offshore team and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software used in Agile development (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ensuring that project status and progress reports are delivered to all stakeholders, including executives
