Fleet Management Systems Administrator- Fleetio
The System Administrator will become part of the Fleet & Procurement Services team. The successful candidate
will directly control the support and improvement tasks within our new Fleet Management platform (Fleetio).
The System Administrator’s primary responsibility will be leading the implementation of Fleetio including, but
not limited to, training, reporting needs, system maintenance, and product feedback/improvements. The
System Administrator leads discussions, drives positive change, and ensures operational compliance. The
System Administrator will act as the main liaison for Operation’s requests, weekly meetings and providing
updates to F&PS Leadership. The System Administrator will work in tandem with the Fleet Maintenance
Manager regarding support and system needs. The position requires the ability to communicate technical
solutions into business language and layperson terms. Additional responsibilities may include technical
support, customer service and/or project management.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Contribute as part of a team which crosses various levels of the organization and is widely distributed
geographically. Creative ideas, improvements and input are expected and should be gathered from
stakeholders throughout the business. The System Administrator will be involved in 3 key areas:
Implementation/Utilization (50%)
• 1st Level Support for FMS questions, issues, or requests via Inbox/Phone.
• Supporting role in project surrounding Fleetio and PM Program.
• Develop, communicate, and train members on implementation and operation.
• Drive maximum utilization of Fleetio by the Field Operations Team.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address business and technical issues surrounding
the Fleet Management system.
System Management (25%)
• Manage projects tasks and backlog of requests through ClickUp.
• Audit system data and reports to drive improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and translate data to build solutions for field operations.
Improvements (25%)
• Collaborate with internal or field operations teams to understand requirements and business
processes.
• Develop solutions within the constraints of the existing business matrix.
The Administrator may be assigned other responsibilities as needed to support the objectives of the
F&PS team and the organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or other quantitative oriented disciplines.
• 2 years of System Administration and/or program management experience or equivalent.
• Must have strong experience in project management, customer service and supporting system applications.
• Experience in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and Fleet Management Systems is preferred.
• Must have experience using MS Office applications and strong experience using VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Must be a proven self-starter with a track record of managing multiple complex tasks with the ability to work within a matrix organization.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.
• Must be able to communicate and collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to understand end-users’ requirements and issues.
• Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and project management skills.
