POSITION SUMMARY
The main function of the role is to recruit, vet, and manage channel partners into and within the ASQ provider network. Key responsibilities include identifying channel partner prospects, advancing a sales process, contractually securing membership with channel partners, operationally supporting relationships with channel partners, monitoring partner performance, and facilitating a high level of satisfaction between channel partners and the end customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and contractually secure channel partners committed to delivering ASQ/ASQE licensed educational content.
- Support partner prospects through the vetting process for membership in ASQConnEx.
- Monitor provider quality and delivery of ASQ/ASQE content to assure Society standards are met or exceeded.
- Manage and maintain the partner directory to ensure data accuracy by biographical, tier, and certification levels.
- Support joint selling between channel partners and corporate members.
- Provide accurate and timely channel partner information and monthly revenue forecasts to management.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of ASQ/ASQE products and services and articulate Society value propositions to channel partners and their clients.
- Manage business practices, transactional contracts, and licensing and royalty process/issues.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and provide tools for promotions and events for channel partners.
- Provide accurate and timely account information and monthly business forecasts to management.
- Within network guidelines, maintain full operational and financial accountability for all partners in assigned channel; including, but not limited to, billing and certificate of completion release processes.
- Assure relationship continuity and overall satisfaction by problem solving to protect the strategic interests of channel partners, end customers, and ASQ.
- Build channel partner relationships to continually grow channel training and educational volume. Meet or exceed assigned quarterly/annual channel partner growth and satisfaction targets toward profitable sales volume in assigned channels.
- Direct sales of ASQ/ASQE and third-party training to corporate accounts when applicable. Responsible for order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, RFP response, scheduling dates and travel for facilitators and trainers, and other related tasks.
- Builds relationships to continually escalate customer contact level to gain best knowledge, insights and access on customer needs/strategies and retention of profitable business growth via channel partners and direct sales within targeted accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2-4 years prior channel management experience, or equivalent combination.
- Experience providing sales and relationship support to strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of effectively securing, managing, and retaining accounts, as well as collaboration with channel partners to increase revenue. Strong ability to create, propose, and sell value and products to clients.
- Continued demonstration of intellect, drive, and business acumen.
- Strong computer proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications, Salesforce experience preferred.
