Program Manager

ASR International Corporation, http://www.asrintl.com, is a Federal and Government contracting company based in New York, USA.
ASR International is seeking a Program Manager to support projects at NIROP ABL in Rocket Center, WV; (Occasionally NWIRP Bedford, MA).

Security Clearance: SECRET

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the identification and technical evaluation of investment projects that support Navy strategic process improvement efforts and conduct post investment analyses.

2. Support document management development, routing, delivery, and record keeping.

3. Provide technical and subject matter assistance during project planning for new logistics, maintenance, or Industrial Operations programs.

4. Assist with data calls, performance of technical analyses, and preparation of monthly and annual reports.

5. Provide administrative support including correspondence development, tracking, distribution, conference support, calendar scheduling, and records and document management.

6. Plan and coordinate annual program reviews for NAVSEA programs.

7. Provide technical assessments by reviewing management metrics and industrial processes for process improvement activities.

8. Provide assistance with workforce planning and development, training plan development, policy analyses, and position description analyses.

9. Analyze and evaluate public private partnership (PPP) proposals in support of industrial operations.

10. Industrial operations specifically include services supporting GOCO facilities at NIROP ABL located at Rocket Center, WV, and NWIRP Bedford, MA.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in a recognized engineering, scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or University

· Desired fifteen (15) years professional experience in the technical management of environmental remediation programs, as it applies to explosive operations

· Desired fifteen (15) years professional experience relating to federal environmental law and regulations in an energetics manufacturing environment

· Desired fifteen (15) years professional experience with DoD industrial operations
