Employee Data Entry, Maintenance, and Integrity (55%)
· (20%) Enter, audit, and maintain integrity of all employee data in the HRIS (Workday) and payroll/ attendance tracking systems (Ceridian Dayforce), to include; payroll changes, attendance tracking, processing change action forms (promotion, termination, cost center and supervisor changes, etc.) and entering employee data changes, sometimes requiring direct partnership with the Corporate Center of Excellence (COE). Duties also include the role of superuser of other performance management software and tracking mechanisms to record hourly employee discipline within the categories of attendance, performance, safety, and conduct.
· (5%) Support shared services payroll in ensuring timesheets and time off requests are processed on a weekly/monthly basis. Provide payroll system support for employees and managers as needed.
· (5%) Training of supervisor level around use of systems such as Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, and Secchi performance management programs.
· (5%) Partner with site Human Resources Generalist/ Hourly Recruiter to administer contingent workforce tracking in the areas of hiring, terminating, and reporting.
· (5%) Support internal partners with various ad hoc reporting in HRIS and other systems.
· (5%) Create job requisitions in HRIS.
Business Partner Support (30%)
· (5%) Provide customer service to employee population and escalate to appropriate HR personnel or Shared Services group- including but not limited to: benefits support, leave of absence intake/ administration, etc.
· (5%) Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to onboard new hires. Position will serve as a backup to conducting hourly employee orientation and Day #1 onboarding.
· (5%) Update Organizational charts as necessary.
· (5%) Coordinate exit process and documentation for employee exit process.
· (5%) Support HR Business Partners with annual and ongoing HR projects, such as; talent review, bonus programs, merit, and salary planning.
· (5%) Assist with the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures including assisting with effective communication and updates as necessary.
Employee Programs (10%)
· Track and collect documentation of the Tuition Reimbursement program for all employees.
· Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives. HR Coordinator will serve as a champion of CFC’s hourly-led engagement committee to plan and host engagement events for the facility.
· Engage in and support communication and execution of community events and programs.
· Employee Recognition- Receiving, organizing, and dispensing service awards and other forms of recognition to managers and preparing reporting for digital signage. HR Coordinator will serve as a champion of CFC’s hourly employee recognition programs.
Ad Hoc (5%)
· Develop and improve SOPs for all ongoing administrative HR processes.
· Assist with internal and external audits.
· Maintain physical employee files.
· Complete PO’s for invoice payment for HR initiatives and programs. Maintain HR Dpt. Purchasing Card.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Profile
· Associate degree required
· Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Human Resource Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
· 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment
· Workday or similar HRIS system experience preferred.
· Dayforce or similar timekeeping/ payroll system experience preferred.

Work Environment:
· Typical office environment. Must be able to walk through non-climate-controlled distribution facility as needed.
· Hours of work will be a split shift. Monday- Friday, 9:00 am- 6:00 pm. Candidate must have flexibility to provide support to varying shifts and schedules.
