As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of HID Extended Access Technologies (EAT) Biometric Business Unit Public business segment.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth.

The Director of Operations will contribute to increased levels of customer satisfaction and improved operations efficiency through focused supply chain management, cross functional order Issue resolution, inventory control, cost management in PBG, and PPV management.

Your leadership and managerial skills will be key in coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning goals, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

Your Qualifications and Experience include:

• BS in Business or Industrial Engineering with a preference for planning & logistics management.
• Planning accreditations such as APICs certification in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Minimum 8 years supply chain / planning experience required.
• Experience with Oracle ERP programs required.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and process optimization.
