HID’s InvoTech Finance Department:
InvoTech creates HID’s premiere software applications (Systems) such as Uniform/Linen/Laundry Inventory tracking software. Our clients include hotels/casinos/theme parks/hospitals. The Finance Administration department handles a high volume of customer, vendor, and colleague requests on a daily basis. The administrator will join a small, close-knitted hybrid-based team that works closely to ensure that all areas of finance, administration, accounting, order processing, and customer service-related issues are handled timely and efficiently for our large number of hospitality-based customers.
As our Financial Operations Administrator, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Assuming full collections responsibility for managing assigned portfolio of accounts to meet DSO and cash collection targets
- Acting as a liaison between customers and the fulfillment center
- Assists with data collecting for Administrative and Finance related reports
- Billing clients for all supply orders, ensuring all quotations and orders and processed accurately, following up on past due accounts
- Updating client statuses in the CRM
What we will love about your background:
- Familiarity with advanced ERP system such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar accounting system.
- Clear understanding of various business cycles from order process to collections
- Strong customer service skills with quality focus
Your Experience and Education include:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required; Associate degree in Business and/or Accounting-related field preferred. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a professional business environment in an accounting, operations, or customer service role

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary for CA is $52,270 to $65,000.
