Job Summary:
To perform services related to the manufacturing of proprietary Falcon Technologies manufactured products by learning and following all safety regulations, process control procedures (PCP’s), and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

Primary Responsibilities:
Employee may be on either EPS or PCL Manufacturing Crew:
- To understand and follow all applicable safety rules and policies.
- To understand and follow all applicable quality procedures associated with any product produced by the manufacturing group.
- To maintain a clean work environment free of trash, debris, or obstacles.
- To maintain and clean all production equipment according to company standards as set forth by the leadership team.
EPS Manufacturing (Polyurea Application):
30% - Quality Control Documents Preparation and Organization
60% - Polyurea Application to EPS products
- Stages raw materials for production. Lifting requirements (up to 50lbs on single person lift).
- Operates a forklift to maintain production flow.
- Applies polyurea liner using our branded application techniques. Lifting requirements (10 to 30lbs).
- Performs Quality Control of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Ensures proper labeling/identification of finished EPS products.
- Assists with proper storage of raw materials and finished EPS products.
- Helps unload raw materials and load finished products as needed.
** The Polyurea application process is labor intensive, requires full body suit, full face respirator and requires some heavy lifting. Tools that are used for this process may include but are not limited to: Plural component pump and associated equipment as well as various hand tools. The ability to learn and apply proper practices by following safe work practices, standard operating procedures and best practices are crucial to success.
Secondary Responsibilities:
10% - Various tasks- May include manual, skilled and/or unskilled tasks depending on operational needs or requirements. Maintain full participation in all safety programs and initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of industry related work experience.
- Current driver’s license required.
- Manufacturing and/or coating experience a plus.
- Oil and gas experience a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Must have intermediate to good English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should have or be capable of learning leadership skills.
- Must be willing to work long hours occasionally.
- Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs.
- Walking/Standing/Bending 70% of the time
