Job Description: The Job/What You'll Do: The Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager will develop and implement the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace. This position will drive the D&I learning and professional development strategy, will lead cultural recognition initiatives and programs, serve as the liaison with ERGs, and support communications and brand. This is a full time position in our Concord, CA headquarters office with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: Supports the execution of the D&I strategic plan. Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organization’s diversity goals Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals Supports the development and implementation of recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds Drives professional development in the form of trainings, workshops, coaching, material development, delivery, vendor selection Identify, evaluate, and recommend external training partners and manage their selection, performance, and budgets as well as partner with internal L&D team to foster integration into existing learning roadmap and systems. Provide coaching to leaders that supports inclusivity Provide support to our Employee Resource Groups to ensure consistency, support programming and increase impact Maintain annual Cultural Calendar that recognizes key days, months, events, and moments of significance and facilitate communication and recognition. Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company’s population in accordance with diversity standards and goals Provide thought partnership on D&I trends, innovation, best practices, and emerging issues and solutions Partner with our Communications team to provide support and ideas for D&I Communications, maintain our departmental brand, and create and disseminate departmental communications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Broad and deep knowledge D&I principles and best-practices Broad knowledge of learning, training, and development in the workplace Proven aptitude for creative thinking, practical problem-solving, and innovating solutions Strong project management and organizational skills with positive results-oriented attitude Experience planning and managing both small and large-scale events Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least three years specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $130,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
