Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune shrubs, trees, and flowers.
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems.
- Sweep walkways, remove debris, and maintain cleanliness of grounds.
- Monitor and report any issues related to plant health, pest infestations, or property damage.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects.
- Operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a groundskeeper or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors, in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
