What You Will Be Doing

• Review and process employment applications, contact qualified candidates, and schedule interviews
• Lead sourcing initiatives to attract high-potential candidates
• Support business recruiting projects
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, especially in recruiting, to communicate effectively with departments
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication, follow-up, prioritization, and urgency
• Handle reporting and additional assigned projects
