CLIENT EXECUTIVE
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for both client acquisition and account management. You'll develop new client relationships through prospecting, while also acting as a trusted advisor to existing clients. By collaborating closely with them and leveraging the ACS Sales Process, you'll identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that drive their business success. Additionally, your forecasting expertise will be crucial in shaping our strategic direction. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships.
- Analyze client needs and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver successful projects and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Forecast client needs and spending.
- Conduct client training and events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.

Location: This role is based out of our Des Moines office, with an option for hybrid work.
Salary: Base salary commissions bonus. The right person can expect $160k-200k per year once clientele is established. In this role, there are no earning caps, and our highly competitive commission means you earn a generous percentage of every gross profit dollar.
