Inside Sales / Freight Broker

We are looking for top notch sales individuals to join our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) firm! If you have an existing book of business, we will pay you to join us. If you're new to the industry, WE TRAIN NEW MONEY MAKERS! We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with existing sales (from any industry) and or logistics experience, to join the ALG team. We are offering a base salary based on previous experience, and a lucrative uncapped commission plan. Our top commission rate is a straight 40% cut of the profit (Gross Margin) you generate. Yes! 40%! Additional benefits include 100% company paid health insurance, dental and vision and an amazing work culture!

We also offer ramping bonuses while you grow your book of business. Here in 2024, we are offering $17,000 in ramping bonuses (outside of our normal commission plan) to each new hire to help sustain you while you grow your book.

This position will be best suited for talented sales individuals who are eager and driven to learn and perform at high levels. Training will be available and paid.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for leads via cold calling and other means
  • Maintain, grow and manage a sales funnel
  • Negotiate freight rates
  • Establish business relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Responsible for account management
  • Meet and/or exceed performance targets
  • Regular business hours in office
  • Remote work available once established

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Driven and motivated to succeed
  • Relentless in pursuing sales
  • Competitive sales performance skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite and CRM skills
  • No existing non-compete/non-solicit agreements
  • College Degree Preferred / High School Diploma Required
