Remote / In-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services and therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in behavioral analysis and therapy will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients. Duties: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of each patient - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results - Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies - Monitor and evaluate patient progress through data collection and analysis - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care - Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers, families, and other professionals - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information Requirements: - Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children - Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques - Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices We offer competitive compensation for this position.

Pay: $80.00 - $105.00 per hour
