Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the operations team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit and review client billing statements for accuracy.
- Reviews spreadsheets for accuracy for various members of the operations team.
- Scan and copy documents.
- Provide appropriate timelines to internal and external clients to ensure that expectations and turnaround times are met.
- Work independently and within the team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Represent AP Benefit Advisors in a positive and professional fashion with both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to the team goals by accomplishing related projects.
- Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – excellent Excel skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to the needs of teammates without jeopardizing client deliverables.
- Strong research skills and an ability to resolve a majority of issues without assistance.
- Experience in related roles and knowledge of health, life, and disability plans preferred by not required
