AssuredPartners in Carthage, Missouri is adding to our Commercial Lines Team! We are looking for a Property & Casualty, Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will work with various team members to design proper P&C insurance and risk management services while ensuring exceptional service standards for clients. This role focuses on service and renewals, providing a quality customer service experience where retention is the goal. Not quotas or sales. This is a hybrid role and could be based out of our Carthage or Joplin office.

What You'll Do
- Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business under the direction of the Producer, Senior Account Executive, or Account Executive.
- Processes change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audit, and account balance status when requested.
- Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. Maintains good internal file audits results.
- Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives in order to enhance business relationships.
- Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
- Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner.

What You'll Need
- Active Property and Casualty License preferred. (P&C)
- 3 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in a broker or agency setting.
- Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management software - preference to those with EPIC or Sagitta experience
