As an HR Intern, you will work with the Corporate HRIS team to provide support on various projects and initiatives as well as gain exposure to the different facets within the department.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Assist with HRIS projects and initiatives, specifically learning how to assess and assign incoming issues/requests in ServiceNow ticket queue
- Learn how to perform basic troubleshooting of reported incidents
- Create integration maps for all HRIS/HR/Payroll/Benefit systems
- Learn basic system functionality of HRIS system and understand system security
- Perform data audits and interact via email with appropriate parties to make corrections
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
- Additional miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in post-secondary education, ideally in a degree program concentrating in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics or other related computer sciences
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills including calculations and macros preferred; Visio software experience highly preferred
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill and can ask detailed questions to help gain an understanding of assignments and the business
- Able to handle multiple, concurrent assignments and be comfortable taking direction from all HRIS team members
- Must be able to keep financial and personal data in the highest regard and strictest confidence
