Overview
As the “face” of our company, the Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, vendors and employees into our AssuredPartners facilities. Additionally, you will answer phones, process mail and perform other administrative tasks. If you like variety throughout your work day, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance.
- Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials.
- Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED and relative administrative experience and/or training preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and call management systems
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds
- Diligence and attention to detail
