We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures as well as a willingness to answer questions or concerns raised by employees within our company. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, and the right candidate will enjoy working in an energetic, innovative team that strives for excellence. We are particularly interested in candidates who can make quick decisions and help improve the company during challenging periods.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions within the human resources department and work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator to provide day-to-day support.
- Provide a broad range of customer service to employees and managers pertaining to policies, procedures, benefits, payroll.
- Review time sheets, expense reports and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Establish and maintain confidential employee information and records.
- Support and/or participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Work as a team player with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including employee recognition activities.
- Draft performance improvement plans/corrective action forms for review.
- Assist in recruitment activities as requested by Director of Operations.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Counsels and educates on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns to identify appropriate resolution steps.
- Assists in developing and implementing human resources plans, policies, procedures, and goals. Recommends improvements as appropriate.
- Make recommendations concerning employee training and development.
- Advise management on related issues.
Requirements:
- At least two years of previous HR work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze confidential information and consult with team utilizing tact and judgment to accomplish goals while protecting privacy
- Outstanding communication skills with all levels of employees including management
- Results and goal oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High personal and ethical standards
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 4 Years of experience In HR

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
